Michael P. Nash
Producer, Director, Writer (Protocol Productions)
Michael Nash has been involved in the entertainment industry for a decade. Michael’s story and contributions will be
illuminated in the soon to be released book; “THE MINDSET OF INNOVATION.” Recently Michael Nash was
hand picked along with the likes of Steve Wozniak/co-founder Apple computers, John Chambers Founder/CEO-
Cisco Systems, Carlos Santana/musician, and Richard Newton/Dean of UC Berkeley, to be the recipient of “THE
2007 GLOBAL INNOVATION AWARD”. It is Nash’s cutting edge innovation and his passion to tell stories that
so few filmmakers will attempt, that has garnished him such high accolades. Nash has recently directed his first
feature films, created a digital-video exploration montage for the Getty Museum, has been involved in several
television programs, development deals, music videos, and commercial. He has also worked as a writer for hire.
“Michael Nash is one of the fastest rising stars in the entertainment industry. His goals, passion and purity of
artistic vision drove him to the creation of his first feature film “FUEL” a highly anticipated independent film. This
innovation in both screenplay and directorial capabilities has now drawn the attention of the mainstream movie
industry. It is this vision of determination and singularity of artistic purpose that is now causing a shift to begin in the
entertainment and media distribution industries where content and artistry can so-exist or even exceed the financial
drivers of the industry. He is a true innovation leader, on a global scale, for the 21st century,” said Pallab Chattrjee,
president of Silicon Map and Chair of the Selection Committee.
